CLINICAL THERAPIST

(she/her/honey)

lover of fitness and holistic care, Floridian, would rather re-watch an old show than start a new one

Having received her BA with a double major in Criminology and Sociology from Florida State University and a Masters in Social Work from Boise State University, Savannah is deeply passionate about trauma-informed care. She has extensive experience working with adults and couples moving through anxiety, depression, rage and trauma, with additional certifications including TF-CBT and ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and approaches her work from a whole person-centered wellness perspective, utilizing somatic work and IFS.

Passionate about working with those with childhood trauma that is manifesting in adult relationships and life, Savannah also has a love for working with women considering pregnancy, ready to welcome a baby into their body, processing through a journey of fertility, miscarriage, loss and antepartum work (mental health during pregnancy), birth trauma, and partners of those with birth trauma.

Born in Boulder, CO, she grew up in Florida and moved to Michigan to raise her two amazing little girls and deepen her work. She loves Crossfit, cooking, reading, and a solid Netflix binge (because therapists are people too).
