(she/her/honey)

single mama, recovering school social worker, co-parenting therapist

University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work alum, Julie lived in Colorado for 8 years after being born and raised in Michigan. A single mama of a 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son, Julie’s personal and professional experience has led to her becoming a strong clinician, leader, and advocate for healthy co-parenting. She works with individuals moving through trauma, anxiety, depression, and experiencing low self worth, as well as couples navigating parenthood or co-parents who are separating and/or divorced, navigating the co-parenting process.

Julie has personally experienced the struggle of new motherhood with the lack of a strong support system, clear information, and resources, and is deeply committed to providing professional guidance and support.

In addition to her work and motherhood, Julie loves to be in nature and has recently become consistent with a daily meditation routine. She also can be found at early morning meetings with an omelette on a plate from her kitchen, or taking a nap in her car during breaks.
