Individual Therapy
Parenthood and the path to parenthood releases symptoms we never expected, and old wounds that we never thought would surface and rupture. Mental health is your intrinsic right. You deserve to be seen, to be heard, and to be well.
Unlike general therapists, our Honey clinical team specializes in a demographic, not a specific diagnosis. At Honey, we specialize in working with the people who make, birth, mourn, and raise the people.
Our team of mental health professionals are Licensed Psychologists, Clinical Therapists, and Master level Clinical Interns who are mothers, partners and professionals. Passionate about reproductive mental health, our team is trained and specialized in maternal, parental and antepartum (prenatal) mental health, grief and loss, parenting, trauma, co-parenting and relationship therapy.

Medication Management
Whether you want to learn about your medication options or continue your prescription, we are here to support you. Psychiatric care includes medication education, support, and prescription management.
The Honey approach is intentional, providing you with the information you deserve to make decisions about your body and your health. Whether you see a therapist at Honey or not, we welcome those who are medication-curious to make an appointment simply to learn your options and ask questions as well as those who know you’re ready to begin medication to supplement your mental health care.

Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic coaching blends elements of both coaching and therapy to support individuals in achieving personal and professional growth. We integrate goal-setting and action plans from coaching with the emotional insight and healing aspects of therapy.
In therapeutic coaching, the focus is on helping clients understand and overcome barriers, set and achieve goals, enhance self-awareness, and build resilience and coping skills
Therapeutic coaching is particularly useful for individuals who are looking to make significant changes in their lives and appreciate emotionally intelligent language and as well as an awareness of emotional or psychological barriers that impact progress.
Private pay only, $85 per session, details below

You are welcome to pay privately (without insurance) for your sessions or utilize health insurance. HSA/FSA is accepted. Honey participates with:

Private pay rates:
Individual and couples therapy from $165-$195 depending on clinician license level.
Therapeutic coaching start at $85 per session
Masters level clinical interns sessions start at $25 (private pay only)
Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner are $275 for an intake and $150-$180 for ongoing appointments, depending on the length of the ongoing appointment (this will be discussed with your Psych-NP)
Important Insurance Information:
When you request an appointment we will gather the needed information about your insurance plan and assist you to the extent possible in ascertaining information about your coverage, however it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits. If you are utilizing insurance we will file an insurance claim for each of your sessions. You are responsible for paying your deductible (an out-of-pocket amount that must be paid by the client before insurance begins to cover any amount for services. Deductibles reset and begin again each year.), co-insurance (a percentage of the fee not covered by insurance and required to be paid by the client), and co-payment (a fixed out-of -pocket amount required to be paid by the client for covered services), as well as the full balance if your insurance company rejects the claim. Full payment is expected at the time of each session. Cancellations within less than 24 hours notice and no-show appointments will be charged a $130 fee.
