Kimberly Supman, MA, LPC, PMH-C

CLINICAL THERAPIST

(she/her/honey)

bookworm, first-time mom, cries at movies

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Kim is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University (I know, it'll be okay!). Kim stumbled into the world of maternal mental health and became quickly aware of the unique challenges and barriers facing moms and new parents. What started as an impromptu wade into the maternal mental health waters became a personal and professional passion to create a warm, safe, and supportive space for all moms.

A Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, Kim loves working with folks from pre-conception through pregnancy and postpartum, who are coping with all of the anxieties and uncertainties of motherhood while navigating role and identity changes. Utilizing trauma informed care, Kim also has experience working with adults, kids, and teens presenting with a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments.

When she's not working, Kim can be found cuddled up with a book, watching football, and spending time with her husband, baby boy, and goldendoodle.
