Motherhood Groups

Newborn (6-week series)

Our signature group. Welcome to motherhood, Honey. Open to mothering bodies and babes 0-4 months(ish), connect with other mamas who are in the same stage to talk about all the things, cry about all the things, learn about all the things. Motherhood is a beautiful mess and we are here for it, and you. Bring your babe, yourself, and all your damn baggage (actual bags too).

Daytime Mama Group (5-12 months)

Bring yourself and your 5-12 month old (and all of their damn stuff, we see you) for connection and conversation in this core Honey 6-week series. Topics include mental health, first foods, sleeping, anxiety, attachment, healthy relationships, mom guilt, and the list goes on. You got this…and we got you.

Moms in the First Year(ish)

This evening group for moms in the first year(ish) supports moms with babies newborn through 12-18 months through the firsts, the fears, the grief, and the beauty of motherhood, work, relationships, and everything in between. Connect with other moms in your chapter and bring your baby in arms - or don’t. You do you, mama. See you there.

Mamas of tots that are 18ish months-2ish+ years (allll the “ish” because momming a tot is anything but clear!), come together for this evening group to connect with other mamas in your chapter, talk about deep stuff and sometimes not so deep stuff, maybe cry and maybe laugh. Birth Trauma Circle

At Honey, we believe birth is inherently traumatic, and embosses complex emotions onto our motherhood journey that often are difficult to process and digest on our own, especially among the intensity of motherhood. Our expectations and visions of birth in contrast to the truth that we experienced all lead to trauma responses. We deserve to process, learn, and connect as women as part of our healing. This is the birth trauma circle.

After Baby Yoga (6-week series)

An opportunity to cultivate a genuine connection with other new and seasoned parents alike experiencing postpartum. Develop a vital self-care practice to nourish and support your well-being throughout your healing journey and during parenting.

Each yoga class will explore guided breath work, gentle postpartum accessible postures, and core strengthening exercises to rebuild pelvic floor and core stability. While maintaining the integrity of your ever-changing body after pregnancy, we'll slow down and stretch overworked tight muscles in the body that develop after birth and, with feeding and carrying children.

Whether you had a c-section or vaginal delivery this postpartum series will help you create strong awareness and connection to your core, pelvic floor, and overall gratitude for your evolving body & baby.
