Prepare for birth through breath work, gentle postures and common techniques to ease pregnancy and labor discomfort, including pelvic floor exercises geared to strengthen muscles and open joints in preparation as your baby grows, you'll gain knowledge that can be applied to labor, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Our prenatal yoga classes are open to all expecting individuals at any stage of pregnancy and are a wonderful way to celebrate your changing body and your growing baby (babies!).
